An absolutely stunning, newly renovated water front modern home on Lake Wylie! This is a 4 bedroom home that sleeps up to 9 guests. You have ample space to relax and enjoy the lake views, cook a meal or watch a movie on the comfy couch! You have an expansive back deck that overlooks the lake and a grill to enjoy! We also have lake towels and a pack and play for you to use! Come join us here in the beautiful Lake Wylie area, you will not be disappointed!
The Space:
***Brand New Dock, personal boats allowed to tie up on side of dock***
You will enter the front door and immediately to your left is the spacious kitchen with ample counterspace and cabinets stocked with essential items for your stay. From the entry way, you will see directly in front of you, the beautiful living room and dining room with stunning lake views! Off of the dining room is a half bath.
Also off the entry way to your right, you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a second, spacious bedroom and lake views! There is a jack and jill bathroom between these two bedrooms.
You can access a walk-in pantry from the kitchen. Also off of the kitchen, you will find the laundry area and the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is to the right with wonderful lake views and ensuite bathroom. To the left of the laundry room is the 4th bedroom with another ensuite bathroom.
The back yard has an expansive deck for you to enjoy along with a grill and dock to enjoy Lake Wylie!
Lastly, renters will have access to a deep two car garage with secondary fridge.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a small, quiet neighborhood with lake views and a dock (Near By Boat Rental Company - boatrentalsoflkw dot com). Personal boats allowed to tie up on side of dock. You are only 20 minutes from Lake Wylie and McDowell Nature Preserve. You also have some wonderful restaurants, shopping and grocery stores close by!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Our home prohibits smoking. Exterior cameras are present; any evidence of smoking, including the deck and grounds, results in a fee.
