There are 3 full bathrooms with tub/shower, (the masterbedroom having a double wide jucuzzi tub) and a half bath near the kitchen/great room. Guests can relax in the soothing ambiance of this terrific property either in the kitchen/dinning/front room which will easily seat 10 guest or just hang out on our third floor covered patio equipped with gas BBQ, vanity/sink, large flat sceen tv, terrific view, and 7 person jucuzzi tub. The kitchen is set up for any style of cooking complete with most anything you may need with all the modern conveniences This custom home comes complete with AC, heating, washer/dryer, iron/board, EV charger, beach chairs, some beach toys and towels, a cover all canopy to set up on the sand. There are 5 large flat screen TV's that are set up to stream your own personal platforms, such as Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney,,,ect, The elevator can take you from the garage to the third floor. The house comes with a full one car garage and a carport, but there is plenty of free parking all round the neighborhood.
