Our unit has a fully-functioning kitchen, a private bedroom leading to an on-suite, a futon and a quaint space for both dining while looking outside at a gorgeous Florida view! Our balcony faces north with a partial ocean view yet the ocean waves are mesmerizing. Great for vacationing or long-term stays for "space-related" contractors. It is clean, private and relaxing!
