This room is part of a charming three-unit home, and we currently have another unit being rented on the property. However, you will have complete privacy in your attached guest suite, with no access to the rest of the house. There are no interconnecting doors between this room and the rest of the house which ensures complete privacy.

Other things to note
To get to your private entry suite you will be required to walk around the house on a sidewalk. There is no entry through the front door. Hopefully, you will enjoy this! If you have any questions about it please let me know!
Please note that there is NO thermostat in the unit. We have recently installed a brand new AC unit. We will keep the AC at 75 during the day and drop it to 74 at night during the summer.
We do charge a pet fee, so we please ask that you please ensure you've selected the correct number of pets when booking which will automatically apply the pet fee. We expect all pets to be kept on a leash in the yard and all waste properly disposed of. Pets should be left in crates when you are not on the property. If you are staying for an extended period of time (over 7 days), please inquire prior to booking for a discounted pet fee.
