2 Bedroom House in Warrenton
Set up like a 2500 sq ft hotel. Giant 2 story house with walls and locks that completely separate the upstairs from the downstairs. Like a townhouse duplex. The owner (me) lives upstairs and the bottom is for others to enjoy! There is a full kitchen set up, see pics.
4 acres of oceanfront property. Bedroom 1 (lavender room), large Double bed, a desk and an armoire.

Bedroom 2 (light blue room), Queen bunk beds and twin trundle beds.
Sleeps 6 (2 in each queen bunk, and 1 in each twin).
Blue Room (referred as office in listing (not office but only non bedroom option)) Sofa Bed, extra sleeping quarters, the coffee and tea station are in this room as you pass through to the gym. Not a lot of privacy in this room, works fine for littles. Has a gray loveseat with a queen size hide a bed inside.

Hot tub currently on roof and not available for use but being moved to trail soon, please inquire about hot tub date.
I have the highest speed wifi, remote work no problem. Due to ocean proximity calls drop anywhere on the property.

I park along the right side of the garage and driveway. I ask that guests park anywhere in the very long drive-way on the left side. Please avoid the grass as that is where the septic tank is located.
Also do not park outside of the property, or the HOA will come running
