The Beavercreek Dream is a cozy 3 bedroom home that is awaiting your stay! Bring the kids, meet your friends, or enjoy the whole house to yourself. Our spacious home is renovated, and designed with our guests in mind. Our house is tucked into a quiet setting in a great neighborhood. A short distance to the High School, and a Brewery, our house is in a good location for getting around the Dayton area. We are a short walk to Beavercreek High School, and Southern Ohio Brewing!
The Space:
Enjoy the large front yard or the cozy back yard. 2 car garage for parking, and 2 family rooms for gathering. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms each have a new queen bed, and mattress. One of the rooms has a smart TV. Downstairs you will will find a well decorated living room, perfect for catching up over a Netflix show.
We are a short walk to Beavercreek High School, and Southern Ohio Brewing! Also handy is a grocery store in 3 min drive from us.

The Neighborhood:
Beavercreek Township is one of the original four townships in this section of the state. It is a beautiful valley, fertile, well timbered, rolling and picturesque. It is noted for its fine farms. The high ridge separating Beaver Creek and Mad River is a particularly fine fruit section. Known as the largest city in Greene County, Beavercreek is an excellent place to visit and the city has many surprises in store for tourists, including its vibrant food scene, sprawling parks and green spaces, natural attractions, and shopping options.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
