(Check with property manager regarding boat size for hoist and canal access based on water levels) There is an 18`X18` (Huge!) screened in gazebo with propane firepit table, seating for up to 11, a smart TV, and electrical outlets. You`ll surely want to eat all your meals out here cooked on the property’s propane Weber grill.

A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
