Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however, Uber and Lyft are readily available.
If errand request can be sent in Direct Message or Text to property manager who can coordinate anything you may need during your stay.
Pets:
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. All pets require a $35 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of excess pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! Property manager is nearby to run any errands you may need at a small fee.

Getting there: Take Exit 28 (Lillington Exit) off Highway 295. It is VERY IMPORTANT to Enter Neighborhood Complex via Ramsey Street entrance which is at Kings Grant Neighborhood. The other entrance is for residents only and will not allow you to enter.
