This duplex unit is in a prime location that sets you up for an all-encompassing great experience, just a couple of blocks north of Dodge Street, the main highway that runs East/West through the city and literal MINUTES from ANYTHING you could possibly need - Walmart Market grocery, Walgreens, bars, entertainment, fast food and fast casual restaurants if you're in a rush, as well as some of the best restaurants in the city. Just blocks from the Historic downtown Dundee which is home to local coffee shops, an ice cream shop, too many restaurants to possibly name, one of which is the very popular breakfast spot called "Good Lookin" and also home to my personal favorite, Pitch. If that isn't enough, The hip Blackstone District is a 2-3 minute drive, Midtown Crossing just a 4 minute drive and, of course, the famous Old Market in downtown Omaha. If traveling to the CWS from the property, it's just 3 miles east on Dodge, a left turn 1/2 mile and BOOM you're at Charles Schwab Field.
