Welcome to the Sandcastle a getaway fit for a King or Queen!!! 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath two level open concept. A master bedroom and bathroom with your private balcony. Your own private dune in the back yard complete with a grill, fire pit and hot tub. Rec room area with pool table & lunge area. Walking distance to the beach and Indiana Dunes National Park. A short commute by car or train into Chicago. Miller Beach is a hidden gem. Perfect for a romantic getaway, girls weekend or family vacation. Hot Tub open year around!!
The space
Here is a breakdown of how the house is laid out. The main level features living room, kitchen and dining area all in one wide open space and a spiral staircase going up to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and a coffee station! Also on this level is the real life draw bridge that leads to a desk in case you do have to a little bit of business on vacation. On the second floor, when you arrive at the top of the circular stairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a laundry room. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and the other bedroom has two single beds with a small tv as well. The master bedroom is huge with skylights and vaulted ceilings as well as its own private bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower. The master also has its own private deck overlooking the back yard. The lower level(garage) has a pool table couches and workout machines to stay in shape on your vacation. Outside there is a large covered deck with seating great to hang out and talk with friends. There also a 6 person hot tub as well as a fire-pit, hammock and gas grill. All located at the bottom of a sand dune.
This property is well maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. This rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable television, DVD-players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide a Starter Kit of two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs. Please bring your own firewood if you plan to use the firepit.

-Must be able to climb stairs there is a lot of levels and lots of stairs.
-This property is non-smoking indoors including garage area. Smoking is allowed on the back deck only
-No parties, loud music, or loud noise.
-No Pets allowed.
-All Guests are required to sign and return are Guest Rental Contract and provide drivers license prior to receiving checkin info.
- Guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 25 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
-The house is equipped with outdoor cameras anyone one found breaking the rules mentioned will be asked to leave for breaking the terms of the rental agreement

The driveway is a little steep but there is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars either in the driveway or at the bottom of the driveway.
