Summary: Front desk help is nonexistent. My security deposit hasn’t been returned and no idea why they might withhold $100. The area seemed a little sketchy at first glance but was overall just fine. Their check-in system after 5pm is horrible. I spent nearly 3 hours trying to get into the room because the front desk people couldn’t get their stuff together enough to send a simple code. The room was fine, super dated furniture, but at least the ac worked and the housekeeper did a great job of making it look nice and clean.
