On the lower-level, you'll find a fun-filled rec room with a foosball table, dart board, and an additional TV for sporting events or movie nights. Outside, relax in the screened-in sunroom with a view of the lake, or take a walk down to the water where you can fish or set off from the dock in your kayak, canoe, or boat.
