No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. Pets are negotiable with owner approval. Cancellation policy strictly enforced.Please note there is to be NO cooking in the cabin kitchens. There will be an outdoor grilling station for you to use at the outdoor gazebo. Feel free to warm your food in the microwave but no large cooking due to the risk of fire and odor. Thank you for your understanding.Please remember, our entire premises is non-smoking.Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own cabins. Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.For parking at this property you may park in front of the cabins. If you have a trailer there is parking in the back lot, either go around the block or pull through but do be mindful of the barn house guests. Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you! Please call ahead if you will need any special check-in or check-out accommodations.There is an additional fee per pet per night of $15 and guests will be responsible for any and all damages, pets must stay off of the furniture.
