Summary: The price was great, the owners are super friendly, the room was comfortable and clean (and cozy). We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning, with coffee and a number of other breakfast drinks, toast, bagels, muffins (etc), hardboiled eggs, oatmeal, cereals, plenty of condiments, and fruits and yogurts. The inn is on the main route between Hammondsport and Bath (NY southerntier) and there is a lot of traffic. The building sits back a good way away from the road, but I recommend bringing a white noise maker to help cover the sound of vehicles going by, especially when they are more intermittent late. We had one, and it really helped cover that sound. Overall, we had a comfortable stay!
