This space recently renovated space is modern, yet charming, nestled in the heart of historic North Long Beach. Filled with skylights, funky artwork, plants, and a beautiful yard for you to enjoy.
A professional interior decorator with impeccable taste led a ground-up renovation of the Suite and the entire property in 2022. Everything is brand new; furniture, appliances, Smart TV, decor AND freshly renovated; new paint, carpet, tile, windows and doors.
A fully functional kitchen, crisp linens, towels, and Netflix await you. The kitchen has all of the essentials to get you cooking.
Jet to downtown, the beach, Bixby Knolls, Cal Heights or Belmont Shore within minutes. Several culturally diverse restaurants with fantastic food, and amazing coffee shops, sprinkled around the neighborhood just a short drive away.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and beautiful courtyard. The space is not shared, but do note that this is a duplex and there is another tenant on the other side of the building. There is plenty of street parking available and it's not crowded, but take note there is no reserved driveway space.

Long Beach is a big city with a small town feel. The beach is about a 10 minute drive, and we are about 30 minutes from Disney Land.
We have a strict no-party policy. We consider a party any gathering of people at our home who are not listed on your booking. A party is a violation of our house rules and will be reported to AirBnB to have the stay cancelled without a refund.
- 1. We’ve put a lot of love and care into creating a comfortable space. Please just respect the space.
- 2. No Smoking or drugs inside.
- 3. Please turn off the Air Conditioner/heater, lights and the TV when leaving the room. It is not economical to have it running all day.
- 4. No Photo Shoots, No Filming.
- 5. No events, parties or large gatherings (6 Guests Maximum).
- 6. Please let us know if anything is broken so we can repair or replace for the next guest.
- 7. The outside areas are CLOSED after 10PM.
- 8. Street parking is first come first served in front of the house for you. Please read street signs for street cleaning days.
