With a gigantic waterfront deck on the main floor with loungers and built in benches, you will have amazing ease entertaining outside or relax by fishing from a height.
The ground floor features boat deck with a deck ladder which offers the perfect spot for fishing in the shade, jumping into water, dropping in the crab cages or launching out the kayaks with life vests we have available. A large grassy front and side yard offers a great area for children to play and adults to cookout. Bored in house?
