Hardwood floors in kitchen, dining and living rooms all refinished for 2022. New living room furniture and aluminum dock for 2021. Waterfront, Peace and Quiet On a Dead End Road On Full Rec Lake. Enjoy a chalet style waterfront cabin with ATV and snowmobile trails right next to the property. Just sit and relax looking out the huge front windows and patio doors down on fully recreational Round Lake. You will have your own private boat landing, dock, sand beach, use of a canoe and kayak and rental of a pontoon if you wish. The 1950 sq. ft cabin is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, loft and 2 1/2 baths. The bedrooms all have log beds, 1 king bed and 2 with queen beds, with the loft having 4 log twin beds for the kiddos. There is a first-floor washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV in the living room, master bedroom and the loft which also has a built in Blue Ray, just in case of a rainy day. The basement is half finished with a wet bar and sitting area with futon that looks out to the lake. There is a deck off the main floor out the double patio doors with a gas grill and patio furniture for your fun grilling family meals. Fire pit in the front yard facing out over the lake. If you're looking for privacy, peace and relaxation, this is it without a doubt! We have purchased a different pontoon for the Summer of 2019. It has new seats and comes with a 40hp motor with power tilt and trim. Much nicer than our previous pontoon. No smoking in buildings. Check in 3PM and check out 10AM. Sorry no pets, our daughter has allergies to pet hair and it affects her breathing if pets have been in the cabin. The fireplace is NOT for use due to an agreement with our insurance company. Pontoon fee will be removed from reservations from October 15th through May 1st and an updated quote sent. Can also be removed in summer months if you decide not to rent it. It is the "water fee" on your quote. We have also purchased a second cabin that we now have on VRBO just 25 miles north of this one, in case this one is not available for the time you want.
