POINTS TO CONSIDER
1. The condo locates in a high rise building which was built in 1962 so the building looks old but the halls and common areas have all been renovated and upgraded to modern standards. All units have also been made more energy efficient with the installation of double paned windows. One of the benefits of the original construction was the quality of soundproofing of the units. In 1962, the soundproofing was hailed as the best and it has stood the test of time.
2. The building was built in 1962 and the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please don't book this unit if you have high standard for the temperature or have allergies. Please ask us the details before you book.
3. Located in a high rise building which means you will have neighbors around, we are working hard to provide a comfortable environment but we don't take controls for situations about your neighbors, the building has 24/7 security staff, so please feel free reporting to them if you have any concerns.
4. Our condo is in downtown Atlanta, where many 5-star hotels and popular attractions are located, but still you may see all kinds of people around (including homeless people) please make sure to check online about the area before you book it because this is not a quiet residential area but downtown Atlanta.
