This delightful 3-story contemporary home is just 1 block from the beach. Living room with large balcony, dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. All bedrooms have adjoining bath, master bath with garden jacuzzi tub. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining. Exit into the back yard to a large deck with landscaped gardens.
Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.
This is a non-smoking and no pets home.

Summary: Pros: Margie Chapman, the property manager is very responsive and helpful, really good to have her available when you text or call. Great to have four bathrooms. Air conditioning works very well and has a thermostat for the top and first floor. The location with easy access to the beach in both directions is great. The view from the living room, dining room and kitchen help overcome the negatives I am about to list. Cons: When I approached the front entrance door the day we arrived I noticed it was quite dirty and in need of attention. Upon opening the door I immediately noticed the carpeting worn and stained and the walls were scuffed and smudged. This property needs a refresh of the paint and carpeting. Later we found out some of the mattresses need replacing too. There are marks all over the walls from furniture and hands sliding along the walls in the stairwell. The carpet has stains everywhere between the dining room, kitchen, and living room. When you walk past the lampshades in the master bedroom you can tell a smoker has been there. I have rented multiple houses at Croatan beach over the years and this was not the best. I am surprised that Berkshire Hathaway accepts this house in this condition.
