Positive: Location was great and the fully equipped kitchen and pantry was good. Chris was responsive to messages in a very timely matter.

Negative: This apartment is priced and marketed as a high-end stay, but unfortunately it fell well short of a 5-star experience. Check-in at 3pm was frustrating from the start. When trying to access our car park, the lift did not work with our key tag, meaning we had to carry a baby and all our luggage up a steep and unsafe car park entry. When we arrived at the apartment, cleaners were still inside our room 20 minutes after check-in time. While Chris did refund $50 for the inconvenience, it was disappointing to be initially made to feel like we were being dishonest, despite it being clear the key had been left in the lockbox so we could check into the carpark so the cleaners could finish the job. Other issues during our stay included: * Two cockroaches seen in the apartment * A continuous ticking noise near the oven every 5 seconds, loud enough to be extremely irritating which didn’t stop our entire stay. * Multiple light fixtures either not working or poorly secured to the ceiling * A bedroom cupboard door hanging on by a single hinge * Very dirty return air vents and exhaust fans that appeared unmaintained * Overall wear and tear — the apartment could definitely use a fresh coat of paint if 5-star reviews are the goal
