The back of the property has a garage that is still currently used by a power wash company to park 2 vehicles, they leave in the morning and return in the evening, that is why such a great price. You can park an RV or trailer, plenty of space. Also we have a fenced in big backyard. 2 miles from Beaver Creek, 4 miles from downtown Apex. We have another house available next door
