Large kitchen with granite tops and bar. All new appliances and Dining room with new large table and six chairs. There is a large sliding door in the kitchen as you step outside onto a large deck. Located on the second and third floor of Duplex.

This unique, 115 year old home has lots of character and charm, has been completely renovated. Everything you need is here. Take a walk during the day and enjoy the front porch in the evening with your favorite beverage. Or stay on the deck and enjoy the view of the back yard.

This home is great for large families or several couples traveling together. No deck/porch use after 10:30 pm weekdays or 12pm weekends. This is how we stay good with the neighbors. Absolutely no parties or events. Street Parking only.
