Ranch style, single level condo with only shared walls on one of the four sides. Modern finishes throughout. Open and spacious living. Only host long term.

Dining room seats 4 comfortably. Great room is spacious with with floor to ceiling windows out looking the courtyard. Kitchen fully updated in 2019 and has new appliances. Two bedrooms. Master bedroom with closet and direct access to full bath. Second bedroom with closet and attached half bath.

A wonderful place that exceeded our expectations and served us perfectly for an extended stay in the Denver area. Jack is an excellent host, and the place is generously and tastefully supplied for extended stays with everything from trash bags and laundry pods to olive oil and teas. The complex itself is very well maintained; the unit opens onto a large, well-groomed lawn. And the location was perfect for our needs, very close to a lovely park and pond, with great paths for running and biking.

We had a great month-long stay at Jacks place! It’s fully stocked with everything you need for a long term stay and the location is great. We worked from the unit for the month and the wifi was fast and reliable. Communication was easy and Jack was always very responsive. We would definitely recommend Jack’s place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

We stayed at Jack's place for 3 months while traveling for work. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and comfortable. The location is great, in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here!

Jacks place is great! It was perfect for us while we waited for our house remodel. Jack is a great host. We really appreciated his flexibility and excellent communication, as our moving date at our house kept getting pushed back! The neighborhood was great, dog friendly, and with a lot of places to go for walks. Neighbors were very friendly too. Condo was very comfortable. We would recommend Jacks place to anyone!

We stayed here for 4months and everything was perfect! Jack was great and easy to communicate, house was very clean and packed with necessary supplies. This is great area close to Denver downtown, neighborhood was all good. We really enjoyed staying here, thanks again to Jack!

My husband and I stayed at Jack's place for two months, and had a wonderful stay. The place is very clean, fully stocked with thoughtful amenities and a great kitchen, and located in a nice community. We appreciated the comfy beds and fast internet, as well! Jack is a super communicative and friendly host. I'd highly recommend this place!
