This gated community in San Felipe Mexico is just minutes from the beach. Park your car in the driveway and head around to the side entrance to enter the home. Atwo car attached garage is also available for guest use.
LIVING ROOM
Once inside, you’ll enter the main living room. A soft L-shaped sectional sits against one wall of the living room and offers plenty of seating for the whole group. There is a gorgeous handcrafted coffee table in the middle of the room, and a flat-screen TV above the fireplace. The living room is surrounded by windows and has high ceilings, allowing the room to flood with sunlight in the afternoons.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
The living room flows right into the gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. Although there are so many great restaurants to try in the area, there may be nights where you just want to eat at home. On those nights, use the fully equipped kitchen to make your family’s favorite meals in the comfort of your own home. The cabinets provide plenty of space to store your groceries (the closest grocery stores are Gonzalez Mercado and Rancho Market)
The beautiful kitchen is a combination of wood cabinets, granite countertops, and full-size modern appliances. The elevated breakfast bar has high-top seating so you can sit comfortably, enjoy a good margarita, and mingle with friends and family in the kitchen and the other common areas. Feel free to use all of the pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and kitchen gadgets to feed your hungry family. The kitchen has been upgraded with modern appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, gourmet knife set, and other tools.
The formal dining room sits right off of the kitchen and features a sturdy dining room table and seating for six. Enjoy a family-style dinner here after a day on the beach, or plug in your laptops and get some work done before a day by the pool.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
On the other side of the house, the master bedroom is tucked away in privacy. This bright and open space has a Queen bed, bright green accent wall, wood furniture, vinyl plank flooring, and large windows. This room has a private master bathroom, complete with double sinks, a tiled walk-in shower with rainshower features, and a large mirrored vanity area. A half bathroom sits directly outside of this bedroom.
The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. Follow the spiral staircase from the living room up to the second floor, and the second bedroom is immediately to your right. This beach-inspired bedroom has a bright blue accent wall, island-themed accents, a Queen bed, wood furniture, large windows, and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Down the hall, you’ll find the third bedroom, a gorgeous master suite with a King size bed. This sunny space offers more than enough room for two people to move around comfortably and has vintage-style furniture to keep all of your clothes and belongings organized. The roomy private bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and a garden tub, along with an expansive vanity and double sinks.
As a guest here, you have the entire condo to yourself. You can use every room and every amenity in the home and will be given a lockbox code to enter the home.
GUEST AMENITIES
You have exclusive access to all of the resort amenities, including the two sparkling pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurants, community common areas, and private beaches.
If you want to BBQ, there are public BBQ stations about ten minutes from the condo. This is a great way to enjoy dinner outside and hang out with the locals other vacationers!
