Perfect for a couple or up to 3 guests (with an extra bed), the apartment has everything you need, including hi-speed internet, TV, DVD player and lost of DVD, washing machine & dryer, kitchen appliances, utensils and toiletries.

With a brand new Central heating system with 4 heaters (living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom) and 2 brand new air conditioning (living room, bedroom) you will be confortable all year long, the apartment is very quiet, with double glazed windows, on the 20th floor, with 2 elevators and also very bright with large windows facing south west for lovely sunset over Shanghai skyline.
