It is a very large RV with The entire wall of the living area tinted windows which allow you to view the tree line in daylight and the white partial fence with a soft touch of solar lights at night.
The entrance currently has beautiful blooming azalea flower bush and small astro turf square. There is a keypad entrance also with keys for the dead bolt.
inside is beautifully equipped with like new electric recliner and leather couch, with electric fireplace below the Roku smart TV. The TV can also be viewed from the kitchen table. wifi connection available.
The bedroom has full/queen size bed and plenty of storage and huge glass mirror/storage area combo.
Super easy access to the highway. centrally located for easy drive to anywhere in mobile. 7 minutes to the downtown area and the tallest tower in Alabama.
Laundry is in the home next to the RV and may be requested for access as needed and I will try and make it available. The large grass area outside adds the feeling of roomy and spacey not like an RV park or crammed living scenario. It is also pretty private from the other neighborhood homes. Tinted windows add for privacy but beautifully let in natural light.
