This is a remodeled 1913 home in downtown Albuquerque. It is walking distance to the downtown Grower's market, and the Sunday rail yard festivities. Its an amazing location, walking distance to the local flavor of restaurants and parks.
This home is one half of a duplex, the other half being occupied by the owner's office. Someone is at the office part time if needed. Each unit has its own entrance, with full privacy.

(His murals are throughout Albuquerque, at places such as Saggios Pizza and the Frontier Restaurant.) Upstairs bathroom has tub & shower.
