Two bedrooms, full bath and a loft upstairs , kitchen, dining room and living room with an open floor plan on the first level. Also full bath and washer dryer on the first level. A great porch with seating , dining table, charcoal grill and fire pit . Upstairs, the enclosed master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bedrooms have very large and well lit closets, some have chosen to use these closet areas to place a pack and play for a separate and close sleeping area for infants. The second enclosed bedroom has two full sized beds with a large walk in closet. The third sleeping area is a loft area that is not private. It has a queen sized sleeper sofa and television. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level. This quaint property offers modern conveniences with a semi farm experience. The barndominium is surrounded by pastureland, lakes and woods. Close to restaurants and shopping and the Ark Encounter! Approximately 25 miles from downtown Cincinnati but located in a rural community this property offers the best of both worlds.
