“Lightsinger Lakehouse” is a privately owned home located on beautiful Lake Martin. It is furnished with personal touches to make you feel at home and stocked with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. A gentle sloping lot provides easy, safe access to the water. Two covered porches offer relaxing places out of the sun to keep an eye on children in the water. A fire pit is provided for roasting marshmallows and building family memories. This spacious home includes two kitchens, two living areas, four bedrooms and three baths making this a perfect place for two families or separate adults and kids areas.
The house is located on the quieter end of the lake with less boat traffic and better fishing. A private boat ramp, stationary and floating piers with cleats on the seawall and piers make for easy access and care for your personal watercraft or boats.
