Positive: The place is great! I love the location. I’ve been staying at this place quite a few times over the years.

Negative: Over the years I’ve aged and now have hip arthritis. I’m not able to get up on high beds. I asked for a handicap room. I got it but the bed is so high I couldn’t get up on it without excruciating pain. Also, when I showered, the floor mat was no help at all as the shower floor is way slippery. There is no none slip flooring. I slipped twice but was able to catch myself before going down. I understand you must have thought of people in wheelchairs but those of us that don’t need it can easily fall
