Take the boat out on Big Spirit Lake the morning, head to the Arnolds Park Amusement Park in the afternoon, pick up a weekend concert at the green space at night and come home to smores around the firepit listening the waves to end your day.

Bedlinens provided. The larger bedroom is lake front with several windows providing 180 degree lake views and television. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home and full sized appliances. There is a second refrigerator to store your drinks and extra food in the laundry room. The bathroom has a stand up shower and plenty of towels for all your guests. Lakefront of the property offers a nice deck with table and grill for outdoor entertaining. The dock is ready for you to tie up your boat or jet skis during the day or provide for epic cannon ball jumps in the lake.
There is parking space for up to 4+ vehicles in the driveway.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner packets, face bar soap, 5 garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (make arrangement if you think your group will need more than provided in the starter pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
