Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, garbage bags, lighter for grill, small appliances such as a blender, toaster, Keurig one cup (K-cups not provided) full size coffee maker (filters and coffee not provided) Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Dining table seats six and provides direct access to your patio with firepit (wood not provided) gas grill, outdoor table and five chairs. Living room offers high speed internet, couch and two wingback chairs for lounging.
Master bedroom presents a queen size bed and baby crib if needed, bedroom (2) Full over full bunk beds, share the main floor bathroom with shower/tub combo, hand soap and all towels furnished. Upstairs, you will find an open loft with twin over twin bunk beds and a single pull-out trundle and cute kid chairs. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, zipline, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort, a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. Reminder this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
