Enjoy hours of fun in the sun with friends or family and create memories that will last a lifetime. Professional rental provided for your convenience, so grab your swimsuit and get ready for a great day planned on the water! We have 2 single kayaks that include the paddles and life vests. There is a one-time fee of $115 to rent the kayaks.
***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

5- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
6-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. The pellets for use are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. If you need assistance to operate the grill, please contact the host.
7- The fireplace in the main living area is decorative and not available for guest use.
