This home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths; it now sleeps 33 people! The great room is stunning, fully-furnished with inspiration from King Ranch, giant 5" thick native Pecan counter tops (which are handmade by the owner) and a fully-stocked kitchen and bar area.
The kitchen has 2 full-sized refrigerator/freezers, a commercial gas oven/stove combo, large walk-in pantry, plenty of cabinetry/storage space and all the utensils, kitchenware and dishes you need.
You will be blown away by this tree haus. Not only do you have everything inside the home, but outside you have your own HUGE covered porch, an 18’ jetted cool spa,and an outdoor kitchen space! Porter's features its own grand porch looking directly at the Frio River! The porch is equipped with a huge outdoor fireplace, plenty of couches/seating, 3 large dining tables—and don’t forget— a 18’ jetted cool whirlpool spa overlooking a beautiful view!
We allow you to park right on the river's edge with your vehicle for tailgating and watching the thousands of folks float right past our private riverfront shore.
Guests love our private river access! This keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of River Road, and only 200' away from your room!
One of our great features here at VacationFrioRiver is that we offer a complimentary tube shuttle service in our fully air-conditioned modified airport shuttle bus!
We will gladly drop your party off at Seven Bluffs Crossing for a 2-3 hour float that ends Right At Our Private Riverfront! You'll be back in time for lunch!

[During the months of October-April, the cool whirlpool spa for this home is not in service, however we offer a grand 14x23’ pool with water feature, shared by guests in the off-season only. From Memorial Day-Labor Day (peak season), the 18’ cool whirlpool spa is in service, for private use by guests of Porter’s Tree Haus and the 14x23’ pool becomes exclusive to guests of another one of our luxurious homes, Haggville Hacienda.]
