SPACIOUS WATERFRONT 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on Ole River with deeded Gulf beach access across the street. This condo is minutes from restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. Less than a mile from the world famous Flora-Bama Lounge. We have piers for fishing, boat slips available on a first come-first served basis, fish cleaning station, and a nice pool. We are minutes to the Gulf of Mexico for offshore fishing. This three bedroom condo is outfitted with a King bed in the master bedroom, along with bedroom 2 having two double beds. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds, twin over full. The unit has 4 TV's and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever want to cook or entertain. The condo will comfortably sleep 10!
MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT OUR PROPERTY. IF FOUND TO BE UNDER 25, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND.
Pool and Pool Area Hours 8 am - 10pm - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Any fine incurred by any renter/guest will be paid by the renter/guest. A list of all rules and regulations are posted on the refrigerator in the unit.
HURRICANEE POLICY. In the event that Premises cannot be delivered to Renter on the agreed date due to loss, total or partial destruction
of the Premises, or other causes, Owner may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Renter. It is acknowledged that either party
shall have no liability to each other except that all sums paid to Owner will be refunded to Renter. In the event of a Mandatory Evacuation of
Southern Baldwin County, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any nights that the Premises are not available to the Renter.
