The Loft room on the 2nd level has a designated office space, perfect for working remotely, along with a futon sleeper. This home sleeps up to 8 people. All linens provided (Bedding, towels, etc.). A spacious living room, along with a full size dining room and kitchen. Includes a hot tub located on the back porch, along with outdoor seating. Smart TV with Wi-Fi and channels. For entertainment, we have a tennis table, a foosball table and 2 adult-sized bicycles, along with board games perfect for all ages. All new appliances. All new furniture throughout the house. Includes a washer and dryer machine, with detergent. 2-Car garage. Located near the PDX airport, with only a 15 minute commute. As well as a 25 minute commute to Vancouver Waterfront and the Portland Downtown. Furthermore, this house is located near Mount Hood, Columbia Gorge, Crown Point Vista House and many other popular tourist attractions in the Portland area.
