Situated in the heart of Midwestern farm country, and located just minutes from I-70, Sunset C Bed & Breakfast is a working cattle ranch where owners Galen & Pam raise Akaushi (Red Wagyu) cow/calf pairs and market their own beef right on the farm. There are many opportunities for adventure, exploration, and relaxation. Complimentary breakfast is served to you at the cabin at the time of your choosing .
The space
The cabin was built by a local craftsman in nearby Windsor, MO and is new to the property. Nestled next to the original home, which was constructed in the late 1800s, the cabin is decorated with a Southwest theme holding true to the owner's western roots. Enjoy this cozy and relaxing retreat while immersing yourself in the collection of books or magazines, games, or movies. Do some front porch-swingin', or take a walking tour of the farm. This Century Farm bodes a rich history and offers many remnants of the past. Owners Pam and Galen or a staff member would be happy to show you around and point out some of the interesting characteristics of this rustic paradise. There may even be a possibility of tagging along for morning or evening chores, so don't forget your boots!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the private cabin, as well as a nearby building (mere steps away) where the shower I s located. Walking the property is encouraged.
