Positive: Excellent stay! Super friendly staff. Went over and above! Excellent beds and pillows.

Negative: Noisy air conditioner. They made an adjustment to our bill. The safe in the room was on the floor of the closet. Made it very challenging to get on our knees to put valuables in and get them back out.

Summary: Still one of the best hotels. I would stay there again!
