The home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests and is perfect for your family reunion, golf getaway, work retreat or friends vacation!
This open concept home features a large living room area with floor to ceiling windows, electric decorative fireplace, and comfortable seating to watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances to make cooking meals a breeze. The three seasons screened in porch has an outdoor TV to enjoy fresh air in any season. The adjacent dining area has a table with plenty of seating, along with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The home offers complimentary premium Wi-Fi for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private master bathroom suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the main level and also has a king bed. There is a shared bathroom right down the hall, as well as a half bath, along with a large utility room with washer and dryer. Work on your golf game in the converted garage which features a golf simulator for year-round golf fun (Golf Clubs not provided)!
The lower level features a media room with comfortable seating perfect for watching the big game or a family movie. There is a spacious common rec area with a pool table (which also converts to air hockey and table tennis), foosball table, arcade game and a collection of board games for all ages. An additional full bath and two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed.
The Timberline is a short distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Security Deposit of $500 required.
