This area has great natural light with 10 foot ceilings and refurbished wide-plank poplar hardwood flooring and direct access to a large private deck with grill and seating. The living room has a smart TV on a large exposed brick wall and a sleeper sofa bed. There is a large white quartz countertop eating area in the kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking amenities.
A large, wide hallway with stunning equine photography leads you to the first bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. This bedroom has an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and closet. The attached, private bathroom has a relaxing, clawfoot tub to soak and relax in with your beverage of choice.
The primary bedroom is at the front of the building and boasts three, large windows looking down on Main Street that provide amazing natural light and great view of downtown Versailles. This bedroom has a king size bed, original heart pine hardwood flooring and exposed brick wall with smart TV. There is a nice seating area for two in the room for enjoying your morning coffee!
