Set back into the rustic Georgia landscape, you will find your own private, cabin oasis! The small cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The space has wonderful amenities such as a hot tub, lounge seating, fire pit area, grill, and outdoor games. Spend a night soaking in the bubbling hot tub under the twinkling string lights or light up a roaring bonfire with he provided fire wood to roast the perfect marshmallow.
Don't forget to take a stroll to your private lake! Just over a mile down the gravel logging road you will find the most tranquil setting around the small lake. A canoe is provided for guests to use and you can bring your own fishing gear to use here as well! There are beavers that frequent the lake as well. It's fun to spend an afternoon down here with a picnic and open schedule;)

We do have a canoe for you to use on the lake and you are welcome to being your own fishing poles to use on the lake as well (catch and release only). Beavers frequent this spot so keep your camera ready;) Life jackets can be found in the laundry room.
- River Access: The backside of the property lines butts up against ~ 2.5 miles along the Towaliga River.

- Dauset Trails: 15 min. (This is a nonprofit for injured animals that get reintroduced to the wild. There are hiking and biking trails with a visitor center. Great stop for kids.)
Couple NOTES:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
